Replaces the obsolete BT53 type small signal relay

Direct replacement for the BT53 / BT53W series, Omron G5A-234P-53, Panasonic / Matsushita / NAIS DF2 and Fujitsu FBR46 relays

Using the IM Series of Tyco / Axicom signal and telecom relay the Cephos C-BT53 relay module is the ideal solution to an increasingly frequent problem caused by the discontinuation of the manufacture of the BT53 type small signal relay.

* easy service replacement of a failed BT53 type relay in an otherwise functional pcb
* ideal for contract and subcontract manufacturing of repeat customer orders
- with no need for pcb redesign for existing projects, saving on:

a) pcb re-design costs to generate new Gerber data
b) pcb manufacturing front-end tooling and set-up costs
c) new solder mask cost

The overall Cephos C-BT53 module dimensions are: 16 x 10mm, identical to the original BT53, G5A-234P-53, DF2 and FBR46 footprints.
The gold finished module pins enable easy insertion into an existing 12W dil socket or direct soldering into a printed circuit board.
