The C-MT4 replacement relay module consists of two IM series relays on a 0.8mm FR4 pcb with gold finished pinning to match the original MT4 footprint together with a miniature slide switch to select the polarity of the IM series relays as the original MT4 was not polarised. This results in the need for just one replacement option for each coil voltage of either 5, 12 or 24V dc.
